Custom Sounds For Your Stream

Uploading custom sounds to ShareVoice.io is quick, simple & painless. Once uploaded, sound effects are immediately available for use in our stream alerts & our advanced stream alert text orchestration engine.

Before you start make sure to check our existing library of sounds to ensure what you're looking for doesn't already exist.

Once you've confirmed we don't offer the sound yet, go seek out your sound by checking websites like freesound, Myinstants, or even take just the audio of a YouTube video you find hilarious.

The sound must be in an mp3, wav, or flac format & smaller than 20MB & any audio longer than 40 seconds will be trimmed off.

Now you're ready to upload a sound!

1. Ensure you're logged in to ShareVoice.io & on the sounds page.
2. Click the plus icon at the bottom right to start uploading a new sound.
3. Provide a name for the audio clip.
4. Select the audio to upload.
5. [Optional] Provide an image for the audio clip.

Congratulations you've just uploaded your first sound!

You can find your uploaded sounds under the Custom Sounds tab on the sounds page.

Likewise, when you go to your stream alerts & create a new script or browse sounds you'll now find your new sound available for selection!

You'll note that a unique handle has been created for this sound as well. This handle is used to reference this sound when used in the text to audio orchestration engine in stream alerts or viewer messages.
